This is a drawing I did of the British actress, Samantha Morton, a few years ago. It was taken from the movie Morvern Callar. I've always had this one hanging in my apartment. Though the image quality isn't great, the overall idea comes through.
There's something very introspective and dramatic about her applying eyeliner in the mirror. It was shaded in a very realistic way, and folks always comment on the nose.
I've sort of lost interest in this very realistic style of art, but feel very good about this drawing.

Ok I'll bite. I thought this was a self-portrait when I first met you. Then I found out it was only Samantha Morton. I still like it though. Very mysterious.
